Rumah Gladak is a tiny traditional cottage with around 10 m² of indoor living space. All the furniture has been handcrafted from locally sourced timber and bamboo. The bamboo bed (140 × 200 cm), complete with a mosquito net, is ideal for one or two guests.
Adjacent to the house is a spacious private open-air bathroom integrated within a small tropical garden. A lounge chair invites you to relax in the privacy of your own garden. We provide eco-friendly natural body soap, dish soap and a natural mosquito repellent from Utama Spice Bali.
Just a few steps away, you’ll find your private kitchen, finished with locally made cement tiles and equipped with a small refrigerator, basic cooking utensils, coffee and tea, and a dining area surrounded by the garden.
The traditional wooden construction allows the house to breathe naturally and to cool down after sunset with the evening air. A ceiling fan and additional portable fans are provided.
